Effective December 2009, policies written within the Oryx/AmTrust program division will be administered out of our new Syracuse, NY office. The office will handle claims and will assist employers with construction specific return-to-work programs, fraud detection, investigative services and litigation management.

The first report of an on the job injury should be made by the employer via fax to 1-877-217-0603.

First reports must be completed and faxed to the above number. Please note that this is a new reporting number. This fax number is for filing first reports only.
