Oryx welcomed a capacity crowd to their annual Risk Management on June 7, 2011.  The conference or "The Main Event" has quickly grown to become one of the largest Risk Management conferences in upstate New York.   The conference agenda was split into two sessions providing information specific to Claims and Safety.  Attendees were greeted with a wide variety of subjects such as; Developing Effective Safety Programs, OSHA Record Keeping, Idiopathic Injuries and Personal Acts, OSHA Major Hazards/Inspection Process and Dealing with the Aging Workforce.  Guest speakers for the event are all industry experts in their field of specialty and have a long-standing working relationships with Oryx. "I am thrilled with the turn-out we received this year", stated Tom Pasquale, President of Oryx Insurance. "The conference is an excellent example of our consistent approach in providing our customers (both agents and insured's) the industry's most comprehensive claims and safety conference – free of charge."
